Dreamt of Jane last night at an all-women's running event. I was surprised how easy she was to spot sitting amongst the track-suited masses, particularly as she'd had a new haircut, with which she was inordinately pleased. She was very happy indeed, so altogether a good dream.

A bit of a strange dream last night. Jane was definitely there, living in a house near the sea, but there was someone with her I couldn't identify - I think there was a party going on, or at least a gathering. Anyway, we had a quick chat, but then everyone had to leave suddenly. Oh well, perhaps we'll talk more next time. At least these dreams don't make it feel like it's been seven years.

Havnt been here for a while, I find I dont really need a grave side or memorial as much as I thought. I can remember Jane anytime anywhere. If you visit this page please say hello so others know you are thinking about Jane. Some say people die two deaths, the physical and when your names last spoken.

I dreamt about Jane again last night - it's been a while. We just sit and talk wherever she happens to be. Last time it was in a thatched country cottage at dusk, this time in a Victorian flat down some back alley. Every surface was battleship grey and it was very dark - no lamps, just unshaded bulbs, and Jane, the only spot of colour in the place. We talked for a while, then parted, as we always do. I asked if I could see her the next day and she declined, as she always does, but not unhappily. I look forward to meeting her again next year, perhaps.

Dreamt about Jane only last week. We met somewhere near the sea, but not on the beach. She was ill - and I'd never really seen her ill - but she was peaceful with it, and happy. She's never far from our thoughts, 25 years after we first met. It felt good, as it always does, to see her again.

BIzarrelty had a dream about Jane last night. I took her a sock puppet in hospital then we all ran off across a field over which a wooden fence had been suspended by dangerous electricity. No idea what that was about, but it was nice to see her again.

I think I miss Jane most when I've just seen something contentious - like last week I saw 'Black Swan' and I really missed not being able to debate it with her. She might not have truly liked the movie but she still would've appreciated the art of it - the technical expertise - and I could've convinced her about the rest. Maybe. RIP indeed.
